Between Sienna, Florence and San Gimignano, in the heart of the Tuscan countryside, sits the beautiful Villa Fattoria Bacio. The villa is the perfect blend of old world ‘rustica’ and catered comfort, surrounded on all sides by spectacular views of the meandering hills of Tuscany. Lodging at the villa, many genuine Tuscan meals and fine wine are included.

The five day workshop will take place Monday through Friday. Discover the actual painting "high" of Van Gogh, Monet and others. See for yourself why painting outdoors was (and still is) so popular. This on-location and studio painting workshop is for all levels of painters who want to learn the time-honored joy of paint sketching outdoors and finishing up in the studio. This course will teach you all the basic principles to paint trees, clouds, meadows, mountains, water and abstract landscapes. Be prepared to paint looser, bolder, freer, lighter and more intuitively. Plenty of time for action-filled painting exercises, demos and personalized attention. All acrylics and watercolors only.
