Joe Beeler
Joe Beeler was a beloved Sedona resident and the
last founding member of the Cowboy Artists of
America. A sculpture by Clyde Ross Morgan
depicting Joe painting is installed in Uptown
Sedona. It will serve as a longtime reminder for
locals and visitors alike of his important
contributions to the world of art and to our
community. Born and raised in the Midwest, his
professional career began in illustration in
Norman, OK and he went on to be considered one
of the finest cowboy artists of our time. Joe
passed away on April 26, 2006 at 74 years of
age. |
