Philip Ronald Schneider
Ron received his formal education as an Electrical Engineer and Business Administration. His career eventually transferred him to Arizona where he experienced the enlightenment of art. The Southwest exposed him to many different mediums and styles eventually encouraging him to try his hand at becoming an artist. Ron’s love of Southwest architecture, particularly that which is aged, weathered, or in disrepair, is replicated in his fine craftwork. A series of portals labeled America’s Front Doors featuring doorways, archways, building fronts and windows found throughout the Southwest is his most recent endeavor. Most are replicas of actual buildings he has discovered in his travels and readings. |
