Patsy
Kimble Brunner
In the past, Patsy worked in
watercolor, pen and ink, pencil,
pastel, chalk, and photography, but,
since 1997, fabric has been her
medium of choice. In addition to
learning hand and machine techniques
and making quilts, she has taught
both hand quilting and hand
appliqué. Her quilts range in style
from traditional to contemporary and
her focus is the interplay of color,
line, texture, and shape as she
continues to explore the expressive
and textural possibilities of
fabric. Current work consists of
original designs from 6" x 6"
miniatures to 24" x 24" wall
hangings which utilize hand or
machine piecing, hand or fused
appliqué, hand or machine quilting,
and embellishment.
