Between Sienna, Florence
and San Gimignano, in the heart of the
Tuscan countryside, sits the beautiful Villa
Fattoria Bacio. The villa is the perfect
blend of old world ‘rustica’ and catered
comfort, surrounded on all sides by
spectacular views of the meandering hills of
Tuscany. Lodging at the villa, many genuine
Tuscan meals and fine wine are included. The
five day workshop will take place Monday
through Friday. Known as a colorist and a
virtuoso compositional artist Marcia Burtt
brings her unique talents and experience as
a plein air acrylic painter and teacher to
this exciting workshop in Tuscany. The class
is open to all levels students may work in
whatever medium they choose but
demonstrations and technical support with
Marcia will be in acrylic.

from Certaldo daily and is provided
at arrival and departure between the
villa and the Certaldo train
